1. Exploit new customers through various professional exhibitions, academic conferences, professional network platforms and other channels;
 
2. According to the company's existing customer resources, tap customer needs and provide customers with solutions;
 
3. According to customer needs, visit customers, product demonstrations, business negotiations, draw up contracts, follow up product production, shipment, and acceptance;
 
4. Collect the payment according to the account period to ensure the completion of the payment task;
 
5. Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and follow up related issues; analyze and organize customer files and customer information on a regular basis, and provide sales analysis data;
 
6. Regular visits to customers, timely grasp of customer needs, establish and maintain good customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and strive for secondary development;
 
7. Pay attention to the industry market information and the latest developments of competitors and timely feedback to the marketing department, technical department, training and testing department;
 
8. Cooperate with the marketing department to participate in product-related exhibitions organized by the company;
 
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
 
Job Requirements:
 
1. Undergraduate degree or above is required for formal unified recruitment, majors in materials, physics, mechanics, and instruments are preferred;
 
2. At least one year of sales experience in the instrument industry, and experience in instrument sales in foreign companies is preferred;
 
3, have good interpersonal communication, business negotiation, independent project completion and learning ability;
 
4. Have a certain market analysis ability and be able to independently solve problems in the sales process;
 
5. Have a strong interest in sales, dare to challenge yourself, and can adapt to frequent business trips in China for about 5 days.
 
6. Enterprising, good at communication, flexible mind, excellent team spirit, able to adapt to business trips.
