At the end of 2016, the State Council established the National Leading Group for the Development of New Materials Industry. In the “2017 Work Plan of the National Leading Group for the Development of New Materials Industry”, it was clearly stated that by 2020, more than 600 new material standards will be formulated. The establishment of CSTM/FC00 is an important symbol of the construction of the material standard system, and the material measurement as the quality assurance of the material industry will also usher in the lead of the standardized standard system, and gradually enhance the international competitiveness of my country's materials.
