Namicro-3 uses the dynamic method (patented technology) and the four-wire method to measure the Seebeck coefficient and resistivity of the sample respectively. Namicro-3 is mainly used to test bulk thermoelectric materials, including metals such as constantan, nickel, tungsten, Te, Bi2Te3, ZrNiSn, ZnAgSb, NiMoSb, SnTe, FeNbSb, CuGaTe2, GeTe, Ag1-xCuS, Cu2ZnSnSe4 and other semiconductors and compounds , And high molecular polymers such as polyaniline and PEDOT.
