In December 2015, the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University purchased our thermoelectric parameter test system Namicro-3L. Because the customer sample is relatively small, the existing instrument cannot meet the customer’s requirements. In order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, Through communication with customers, the company's R&D personnel adjusted the structure of the instrument sample table according to customer needs. Under the premise of ensuring the test accuracy and stability, the customer’s small sample clamping problem was solved. 2. Overall customization service

 

In July 2016, the State Key Laboratory of Materials and Chemical Engineering of Nanjing University of Technology needed to assemble a set of Hall test system on the basis of the existing original meter in the laboratory, and needed a set of customized software to achieve system integration. Some software systems cannot meet customer needs. The company's software development engineers use our software development experience in physical property testing to help customers solve problems, and develop a set of customized Hall software operating systems for customers to help customers complete the system integration work. On the basis of this development experience, the company has developed its own Hall effect test system and introduced it to the market to solve customers’ problems in Hall test.
